New controls permit access to a special bank
of 70 television channels.
A csv file of 100 international
shortwave broadcast frequencies
is included with the distribution.
Frequencies out of the range 0.1 - 1309.995 MHz
are rejected as invalid.
Users are prevented from importing a csv file until
they have opened a template file or read an image from the radio.
