tk3 now supports
radio models which use 9 kHz spacing (Japanese, European, etc.)
in the .495 - 1.620 MHz band and
models which use 10 kHz (USA, Canadian).

TV channel assignment frequencies and offsets,
and AM and FM TV memories
and settings may be changed.

tk3 can now write a memory image to the
radio (only if the radio uses 10 kHz spacing in the
AM broadcast band, e.g., USA version).

tk3 can now open and read IC3 files produced
by Butel's ARC3 program.

TV channel frequencies, and AM and FM TV
memories may be viewed.

There is a new Clear All Memories command in the Data menu.
You can either merge or replace the memories with information
from an imported CSV file, depending on whether you clear memories
first.

This is the initial release and is
designed for the USA version radio.
It will read a memory image
from the radio but not write to it.
It will portray the memory channels, search limits,
and bandstacking registers.
It can import an ICF file downloaded from
the Percon FCC web site database.
It can sort memory channels by frequency or by label,
within any bank or within all banks.
